1. Agreement

By using Vertos, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What We Provide

Vertos offers infrastructure for running game servers, applications, websites, and related workloads. Features may change over time as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it.

Keep your credentials secure
Provide accurate account information
Report unauthorized access immediately

4. Acceptable Use

Use the platform responsibly. Do not use Vertos for anything illegal or harmful.

Illegal content or activities
Malware, exploits, or harmful code
DDoS attacks or network abuse
Spam or mass unsolicited messaging
Unauthorized access to systems or data
Workloads that intentionally disrupt other users

⚠️ Enforcement: Violations can lead to suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.

5. Resource Usage

Each plan has defined limits. If your usage impacts system stability or other users, we may limit, suspend, or require an upgrade.

6. Billing

All pricing is in INR (₹). Payments are billed in advance.

Monthly or annual billing options
Auto-renewal unless cancelled
14-day free trial (no card required)
Supported payments: UPI, cards, net banking

Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the panel.

Data is deleted after a retention period
No partial refunds
You are responsible for exporting your data

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may cause downtime.

9. Backups

We may perform backups, but you should not rely on them. Always maintain your own copies of critical data.

10. Liability

Vertos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, downtime impact, or business interruption.

11. Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you run and the impact it has. This includes compliance with applicable laws.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service means you accept the latest version.

13. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in Indian courts.
